A Guest Blog Must Have Relevant and Useful Content
The Leadership Connexion aims to make the connection between Business, Leadership and Life. You will find a detailed description on the focus of the website on About The Leadership Connexion. To have your guest blog considered for publication, you have to:
- Write on a topic in line with these themes.
- Your post should address some relevant question or issue that people may want to find out more about.
No Affiliate Links in a Guest Blog
You may not include affiliate links in the text, except a link to Amazon pointing to a relevant book or other resource supporting your post topic. I reserve the right to remove all affiliate links before publishing the post.
The Leadership Connexion furthermore does not offer payment of any kind for guest blog posts submitted for publication.
A Guest Blog Must Contain Unique and Exclusive Content
The work you submit must be your own original content. This means that the guest blog cannot be published anywhere else prior to publishing it on The Leadership Connexion.
When submitting your guest blog post, you acknowledge that to your knowledge, the work is your own an in no way plagiarized. The Leadership Connexion does not accept any liability for copyright violations. Complaints about copyright will be referred back to the author of the post. The post will immediately be removed from the website with a note stating that the content of your guest blog title was plagiarized and therefore removed.
Editing the Guest Blog Post
I reserve the right to act as editor of any material I receive to conform to good grammar practises as well as to ensure conforming to the Guest Blog Guidelines. I will provide a short introduction to the post and I may also include editorial notes as to the relevance of value I perceive of the published post.
Guest Blog Length
I am not prescriptive with regards to post length, but the recommended post length is a minimum of 350 words. The maximum length depends on how much you have to say, but the optimal length is around 700 to 1 000 words.
Guest Blog Author Bio
Your guest blog must be accompanied with an Author Bio. The Author Bio’s length should be least three lines and a maximum of ten lines. This establishes your authority or expertise. You are welcome to include a picture of yourself, together with a link to your “About Me” page, should you have one. You are also welcome to add links to your website or blog, your Facebook page, LinkedIn Profile and Twitter account. Please note affiliate links as well as links to websites exclusively selling a product or service is not allowed. Any such links will be removed before publishing.
Guest Blog Submission and Publication Proces
To have your guest blog considered for publication, a proposal for publication must be submitted. You can either e-mail me with a short description of your proposed post by making use of the Contact Form on the website.
